These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through pericleselenikoureta.com. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. PRODUCTS
We make and sell handmade and personalized jewelry, including sterling silver and plated jewelry.
We make reasonable efforts to display product photographs, colors, dimensions and descriptions accurately. Colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on the device screen, lighting and handmade production.
Small variations in finish, polish, symbol placement or dimensions are natural characteristics of handmade jewelry and are not necessarily defects.
3. PERSONALIZATION
The customer is responsible for reviewing all personalization details before placing an order, including:
• Name spelling
• Selected hieroglyphic symbols
• Product size
• Material and finish
• Chain option
The live personalization preview is provided as a guide. Handmade placement, spacing and proportions may vary slightly in the finished piece.
The maximum number of symbols depends on the selected product size. An order that exceeds the permitted number of symbols may require correction before production can begin.
4. ORDERS
Submitting an order does not automatically mean that it has been accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including incorrect pricing, unavailable materials, suspected fraud, inability to produce the requested personalization or violation of these Terms.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the relevant payment will be refunded.
The order becomes binding when we confirm its acceptance or begin production, subject to applicable consumer law.
5. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in the currency shown during checkout. Applicable taxes will be displayed or included as required.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on the customer’s location, device and payment-provider eligibility.
The customer confirms that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.
We reserve the right to correct an obvious pricing or product-information error before accepting an order.
6. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Personalized orders may enter production shortly after being placed.
If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us immediately. A change or cancellation can only be approved if production has not yet started.
7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Personalized or made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded because of a change of mind, as described in our Returns, Refunds & Personalized Orders Policy.
This restriction does not limit mandatory legal rights relating to defective goods, delivery damage or goods that do not conform to the order.
8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping methods, estimated delivery times, customs information and delivery responsibilities are explained in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. Delays may occur because of production requirements, delivery providers, customs procedures, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
9. JEWELRY CARE
Sterling silver naturally tarnishes. Gold-plated, platinum-plated and other plated finishes may gradually wear with use.
Customers should avoid exposing jewelry to perfume, cosmetics, creams, alcohol, chemicals, chlorine, seawater and prolonged moisture.
Damage caused by accidents, misuse, normal wear, improper storage, external repairs or failure to follow care instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect.
10. WEBSITE USE
You must not use this website:
• For unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• To transmit malware or harmful code
• To interfere with the website’s security or operation
• To copy or exploit our content, product designs, images or branding without permission
• To submit false, misleading or unauthorized information
We may restrict access to the website when reasonably necessary to protect the store, customers or services.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The website content, branding, photographs, text, artwork, product presentation and original jewelry designs are owned by us or used with permission.
They may not be copied, reproduced, sold, distributed or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our store may use or link to services operated by third parties, including Shopify, payment providers, delivery providers and social-media platforms.
Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for independent third-party services beyond the extent required by applicable law.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Personal information is processed according to our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms when necessary. The version applicable to an order is generally the version published when the order was placed, unless a change is required by law.
16. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without depriving consumers residing in another country of any mandatory protections available to them under applicable law.
Any dispute should first be submitted to us so that we can attempt to resolve it amicably. Consumers may also use any competent dispute-resolution or court procedures available under applicable law.
