RETURNS, REFUNDS & PERSONALIZED ORDERS POLICY

Every cartouche is individually handmade and personalized according to the name, hieroglyphic symbols, size, material, finish and chain option selected by the customer.

PERSONALIZED AND MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Because our products are made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized, they cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded simply because the customer changes their mind. The standard 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, as permitted by applicable consumer law.

Please check all personalization details carefully before placing your order. The customer is responsible for the spelling, symbols, size, material, finish and chain option submitted with the order. The live preview is a guide to the selected symbol sequence; handmade placement and proportions may vary slightly.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Personalized orders may enter production shortly after they are placed. If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us immediately at info@pericleselenikoureta.gr. A change or cancellation can only be approved if production has not yet started.

INCORRECT, DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If we personalize the item differently from the details submitted with your order, if the item has a manufacturing defect, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

For delivery damage or an order discrepancy, preferably contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

Your order number
Clear photographs of the item
Photographs of the outer and inner packaging when delivery damage is claimed
A short description of the issue

Please keep the item and all packaging until we have reviewed your claim.

If the claim is accepted, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law. Please do not return an item without contacting us first and receiving return instructions.

HANDMADE CHARACTERISTICS

Small variations in finish, polish, symbol placement or dimensions are natural characteristics of handmade jewelry and are not considered defects, provided that the item corresponds to the specifications submitted with the order.

JEWELRY CARE AND EXCLUSIONS

Sterling silver naturally tarnishes, and gold-plated, platinum-plated or other plated finishes may gradually wear with use. These are normal material characteristics and are not manufacturing defects.

Warranty or refund coverage does not apply to damage or deterioration caused by normal wear, accidents, misuse or failure to follow care instructions, including:

Scratches, dents, bending, breakage or impact damage
Natural tarnishing or gradual wear of plated finishes
Contact with perfume, cosmetics, creams, alcohol, household chemicals or cleaning products
Exposure to chlorine, swimming pools, seawater, prolonged moisture or excessive perspiration
Wearing the jewelry while showering, sleeping, exercising or swimming
Cleaning, polishing, alteration or repair performed by another person or business

To preserve your jewelry, apply perfume and cosmetics before putting it on, keep it dry, wipe it gently after use and store it separately in a soft pouch.

STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable Greek or European Union law for goods that are defective or do not conform to the sales contract.
